Manufacturer's Warranty Terms
1. Warranty Coverage
Under these terms and conditions, if a defect occurs under normal use, we will replace it with a new product free of charge.
*We do not currently offer repairs.
2. Warranty Period
The warranty period is one year from the date of product delivery.
3. Scope of Warranty Coverage
Functional failures such as the following, occurring within the scope of normal use, are covered:

Abnormal noise from casters, inability to move

Malfunction of the carry handle (cannot be pulled out or fixed)

Zipper defects (slider detachment or faulty engagement)

4. Exclusions from Warranty (Disclaimer)
The following cases are not covered by the warranty, even within the warranty period:

Damage incurred while checked in by airlines or shipping companies

Wear and tear, scratches, dirt, and fading associated with normal use

Malfunctions due to incorrect use or improper modification/repair

Damage due to natural disasters such as earthquakes, fires, or floods

If purchased through secondary distribution channels such as auctions or flea market apps
5. Exchange Procedure

・Photo or video of the defective part
