About the product

Can I take this on the plane?

Yes. It complies with the carry-on baggage regulations of major airlines (for aircraft with 100 or more seats).

How caster storage technology works

The wheeled board rotates around the connecting joint and retracts into the main body. Built-in magnets secure the board, preventing accidental opening or wobbling. The connecting joint is made of 1680D reinforced nylon and features reinforced stitching. The magnetic force is moderate and there is a frame, so the impact on electronic devices is extremely low.

Won't my back get dirty?

Yes. The soiled casters and surrounding areas are covered by the wheeled board as soon as it's retracted. Since they don't directly touch your clothes, you can rest assured about hygiene.

How comfortable is it to carry?

Because of the built-in board, it's slightly less spacious than a typical backpack. However, the thick shoulder straps and back cushioning are designed to distribute the load and minimize strain. And when you get tired, you can roll it on its wheels, so there's no need to carry it on your back for extended periods.

When you roll it, will the shoulder straps touch the ground?

The shoulder straps can be stowed in the back pocket, preventing them from touching the ground. To prevent damage to the shoulder straps from dragging, please be sure to store them in the pocket when rolling the bag.

Does the bag stand on its own?

By extending the casters, the bag can stand on its own. When you put down the backpack, the bottom of the bag does not directly touch the ground, so you can set it down without worrying about dirt. *Please note that the bag does not stand on its own when the casters are retracted.

Can the casters be replaced?

Yes, it's possible. You can replace them yourself in about 15 minutes using the separately sold "Caster Replacement Kit."

Is there somewhere I can see the actual item?

Unfortunately, we do not currently have any physical stores and only sell our products online. We appreciate your understanding.

Care instructions

Store in a well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and high temperatures and humidity. To clean the body, gently wipe with a damp, soft cloth. If the inside is heavily soiled, use a diluted neutral detergent.

Can I cancel my order?

As a general rule, cancellations or changes to orders cannot be accepted after they have been confirmed. Thank you for your understanding.

Is there a shipping fee?

A flat rate of 500 yen nationwide.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days.
*Orders placed by 1 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day.

Can I specify the delivery date/time and use leave-at-door delivery?

I apologize, but we do not accept that.

Returns & Warranty

What if it's a defective product?

If the product is deemed defective, we will accept returns or exchanges provided you contact us with the following three items within 7 days of product arrival.

① Your name
② Order number (4-digit number starting with #)
③ Photo or video of the defective part

Can I return or exchange items?

Can it be repaired?

Unfortunately, we do not perform repairs. We will replace the product with a new one in the event of an initial defect or malfunction during normal use.
